Nail gun, Stanley Bostitch In Stock Now

From our maintenance tech: suggested technique (to avoid nailing multiple nails into the same location, and thus making him have to fix it again...):

1. With tool NOT touching wood, pull trigger and then keep it pulled.

2. Now quickly press the tool into the wood and then pull it back (it's spring loaded, so if you press it the right amount, not too much, it will push itself back). As soon as the head is off the wood, it will not nail another nail until the head is pressed to the next area (even though you are still pulling the trigger).

If you press very hard and rely on your coordination to release the trigger just at the right millisecond, your results will not be as good as if you keep the trigger pulled the whole time, and let the spring action of the tool do the work of stopping the tool for you.
